The Nominating Committee has made its nominations of candidates to stand for election as Officers and members of the Board of Directors for 2005, in accordance with the By-Laws of the Japanese Chin Club of America, Article IV, Section 4.

They have selected the following Slate of Officers and Board Members:

Additional nominations of eligible members may be made by written petition, signed by five members and accompanied by written acceptance of the nomination. Such petitions must be received by the secretary on or before November 1, 2004. If any nominee desires to submit a short biography, it must also be received by the secretary and the editor of the Chin Chit Chat on or before November 1, 2004.
