This is very important as this information needs to be sent to the tally person so they are aware a second ballot is valid and the first ballot received is to be marked void. The ballots this year are being counted by The Beaumont Chapter of the National Association of Parliamentarians. The president of this chapter, Mr. Carl Holder, is not only a registered parliamentarian but is a dog person as well. This chapter has vast experience in ballot counting for many dog clubs. They have requested and are in receipt of a copy of our by laws to insure they are in complete compliance. | |
